Open Positions:
Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Experience with vestibular, TMJ and/or concussion treatment preferred, not required.
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Experience with Visceral Manipulation or interest in pursuing Visceral Manipulation Levels 1-3 education with The Barral Institute.
Job Specifics
Our office has 1-on-1 treatment rooms with a separate dedicated gym space for exercise prescription. Visits are scheduled at 1-hour, with the opportunity to schedule longer appointments as needed. High-low treatment tables in each treatment room. AI assisted documentation opportunities provided.

Job Duties:
Perform 60-minute initial evaluations (thorough subjective history taking, assessment, treatment, exercise prescription, plan of care and follow-up communication
Manage your own schedule, including scheduling follow-ups. Required 30 appointment slots/week.
Conduct intake calls for new clients.
Complete documentation in a timely manner (AI-assisted system provided)
Participate in 1 marketing/outreach event per month.
Deliver hands-on care with strong manual therapy techniques
Provide patient education at every visit
Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
Hold a valid license or registration as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in the state of Colorado.
Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and orthopedic principles.
Proven experience in outpatient facilities.
Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Strong manual therapy skills required. Experience with Functional Dry Needling Level 1 (or willingness to obtain prior to start date). Level 2 preferred, not required.
